New Issue of SIAR out for Sale

The SCC journal Stockholm International Arbitration Review (SIAR) 2007:1 is now out for sale on www.jurispub.com. The SIAR covers topical subjects in international arbitration, and includes both extracts from awards and decisions, articles and book reviews, all commented upon or written by distinguished arbitrators, lawyers, justices and other legal professionals.

On the SCC website you find an appetizer from the current issue namely an analysis of a decision from the Swedish Svea Curt of Appeal concerning challenge of an arbitral award. The decision deals with the principle of iura novit curia , failure to examine an invoked ground and challenge to arbitrator. (länk till analysen på vår hemsida)
